「返金対象金額を引いた全額」での再決済処理が完了したことが確認でき次第、「元々のご購入金額」を返金をいたします。
恐れ入りますが、イープラスからのメールに記載の再決済用受付より必ず手続きをお願いいたします。
・期間を過ぎた場合は手続きができなくなり、払戻申請自体がキャンセルとなります。
・返金状況はメール等で進捗連絡は行っておりません。
・ご返金まで1～2ヵ月ほどかかる場合がございます。ご返金状況は利用明細等でご確認いただくか、カード会社に直接お問合せください。

Once we confirm that the re-authorization for the full amount minus the refund has been completed, we will process the refund for the original purchase amount.
Please proceed with the payment using the re-payment link provided in the email from e+.
If the deadline passes, you will no longer be able to complete the procedure, and your refund request will be canceled.
Please note that we do not provide email updates regarding the status of your refund.
It may take 1 to 2 months for the refund to be processed. Please check your statement or contact your card issuer directly for the status.
